1. With the Admission Notice, JW202 Form, valid passport and physical examination record for foreigner (download here). Please contact Chinese embassy or consulate to see whether it is compulsory. You can apply for the Student Visa(X) or F Visa in the Chinese Embassy or consulate in your county.
2. If you don’t have enough time to go through the application process in advance, you can arrive at the school with Tourist Visa. We will help you change it to Student visa (the compulsive physical examination can be done in Shanghai).
3. Students arriving in Shanghai with Student Visa (X visa) are required to register at ICCS office in 20 days. Belated registration may cause serious visa problem.
4. At the end of each semester, students wishing to continue their study can go to ICCS office to do the visa extending process.
